COLDPLAY HEAD TO LIVERPOOL

Coldplay have become the latest musical superstars to announce a show at the Echo Arena. The quartet will be bringing their Viva La Vida tour to Liverpool on the 10th December as part of a 10-date arena tour that will also take in Birmingham, Glasgow, Sheffield, Manchester and London.

The tour will showcase the band’s fourth album, Viva La Vida or Death And All His Friends, which is due for release on 12th June.

There had been previous reports that the work of planning an awe-inspiring stage show was a tough prospect: “We’re trying to pull all the threads together and get these songs (and all the hoopla that goes with them) ready to present to the big wide world.” Nevertheless, it would now seem that by announcing the winter dates, they are eager to go.
