KRAZYHOUSE LAUNCHES NEW SATURDAY NIGHT
Krazyhouse, a venue a friend of mine once compared to ‘Byker Grove on crack’, have launched a monthly all-nighter version of their Saturday night ‘Loaded’. Revellers piled into the three story building, which boasts a huge capacity of over 3,000, stomping away until the early hours of the morning. As the speakers blared and that ‘special-good-night’ sweat dripped from the ceiling, thirsty patrons took full advantage of the cheap drinks prices: £1.90 for all drinks and £1.50 for shots. Although maybe not suitable for the nu-rave beat seekers or faint-hearted baby boppers, despite its reputation for being home to all and any of Liverpool’s subcultures, Krazyhouse has succeeded in creating a Saturday night for just about anybody who wants a distinctly more diverse surrounding than Concert Square can offer. Try it and be surprised.
The next All-Nighter is on the 16th February, £5 on the door.
