Three months on from our first issue, LX News is now moving to the next step in student publishing, setting the standards for other student newspapers across the country.
Today, we can officially announce that from next issue, LX News will be increasing its print run to 10,000 from our current run of 5,000. We can also announce that joining our list of official distribution points is John Moores Student Union, who have agreed to exclusively allow LX News to be distributed on their premises. This now means that JMU students will be able to pick up copies and read them in their own student union. If you’re not from J.M. University, don’t worry, as you can still pick up copies at any of our 150 distribution points.
And our developments don’t stop there! We are proud to be the very first student organisation to be developing a desktop news ticker, soon to be available exclusively to students across Liverpool.
Impressed? So are we!
