BLACK MAGIC AT WORK

Desperate for a different haircut (I had been sporting the Jennifer Aniston look circa Friends Series 6 for way past its sell by date) Voodou Colour Centre on Bold Street was my destination. Before scissors met with hair, I had a consultation with my stylist, Jack, who listened intently to me babble on about a ‘Kate Moss fringe’ and then assessed what would best suit my needs, taking into consideration the condition of my hair and what he thought would complement my look.

I am always very apprehensive when I’m having my hair cut, as I’m sure most of you are when trying something a little different. No worries here though, because I felt that I was getting exactly what I wanted whilst my hair boundaries were pushed ever so slightly.
